Travis Sigley
Kaleidoscope Group Facilitator & 1:1 Practitioner
Travis (they/them) has been an acroyoga fanatic since discovering it in 2008. Their love for acro is rooted in rediscovering childlike play, platonic touch, trust building, and embodiment. As an AcroYoga Montreal certified teacher, they love to teach creative process and their own strange sequences.
Travis co-founded the acro style "Awkroyoga," aka awkward acroyoga, which embraces the odd and uncomfortable space that presents itself when trying something new. Long before we find strong, perfect lines, we have to move through many awkward moments. What happens when we move towards the awkwardness, laughing all along the way?
What truly inspires them is combining a playful demeanor with a mindfulness on technique and caring for the body - our own and our partners'. This is their formula for sustainable joy.
Julie Light
1:1 Kaleidoscope Practitioner
I am a counselor, shamanic guide, musician, and energy healer. I have been working as a guide since 2016 - working with individuals, couples, and groups.
My knowledge base is grounded both in scientific paradigms (neuroscience and psychology) as well as spiritual paradigms (shamanism, intuitive and energetic work, chakras, etc.). I incorporate energy healing, sound healing, Hakomi principles and practices, and intuitive guidance into my healing practice.
With my grounding, loving guidance, I have helped clients be free of the cycle of depression, reduce anxiety, find life purpose, connect with their ancestors and past lives, gain clarity on their relationships, heal from childhood trauma, foster self love, and much more.

Sarah Parsons
Founder of Kaleidoscope Therapeutics, Group Facilitator
Coming from a professional and playful background in the arts, education, acroyoga, and circus arts, I began witnessing my students and friends gaining deep insights from the playful movement activities and games we were doing together. However, they were experiencing these “aha” moments without anywhere to discuss and process them. Kaleidoscope was born out of the desire to create therapeutic, playful processing spaces, to be able to engage with the pearls of wisdom healing in laughter and community creates. I’m so excited to be building more opportunities for adults to return to joy and play. The journey back to play is littered with opportunities for deep intuitive learning, growth, and self discovery, and I can’t wait to experience them all over again with you.
